Sparkling Waters is our newest Lake House. It is a freshly remodeled private lake-front home located in Davey Cove at the 11 mile marker Sunrise Beach. The yard has many large oak trees providing shade for sitting and relaxing on the lakefront deck. The cove is wide and is "No-Wake" in front of the house. This means that the calm water provides a great place to float on the water, fish and use the paddleboat.

The floor plan of this home includes the combination kitchen, living room, dining room and full bath with a shower tub. There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds, and one with a twin over full bunk bed. Maximum occupancy is 7.

Restaurants, convenience stores, jet ski and boat rentals are conveniently located close by. Two gas docks and boat rentals are located right in the cove. A pay-per-use boat ramp is located less than a mile away in the cove. The Community Bridge and access to Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam is very near.
