Bill & Ruby's - 3 Bedroom Lake House This 1220 square foot private lake-front home is located in Davey Cove at the 11.5 mile marker in Sunrise Beach. The cove is wide and is "No-Wake" in front of the house. The calm water provides security from waves while your boat is moored in the covered boat slip or your children swim. The dock has a large swim platform for sunbathing and fishing, a ladder for access and a 10’x24’ covered slip. There are four comfortable loungers for your use while sunbathing on the patio or on the dock. Our Outdoor Kitchen features a top-of-the-line Stainless Steel charcoal grill in a covered location with downlights, tile countertop, and a ceiling fan. It is convenient to the lakefront so even when you are grilling up a storm you can be right in the middle of all of the action. This home provides guests with a neighborhood retreat with over 80’ of lakefront right at the front door and excellent fishing off the private dock. The house is situated on a gentle sloping lake lot with a great view of the open cove and beautiful homes across. The floor plan of this home includes the living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath with a shower tub. There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds, and one with bunk beds. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults.  This house is eight properties away from our Barb & Mel's House and across the cove from our newest three-bedroom house, so if you need additional space also consider renting one or both of the other homes in the same cove. Restaurants, convenience stores, jet ski and boat rentals are conveniently located close by. Two gas docks and boat rentals are located right in the cove. The State Park Public Boat ramp is ¼ mile away. Amenities: Central Air Conditioning, Satellite TV's, VCR, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils.  Guests are asked to provide their own towels, (including beach towels), life jackets, food, charcoal, and personal items. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and are strictly enforced. Please, no pets or fireworks and smoking is only allowed outside!
