Sparkling Waters Click For Picture Slideshow Sparkling Waters is our newest Lake House. It is a freshly remodeled private lake-front home located in Davey Cove at the 11 mile marker  Sunrise Beach. The yard has many large oak trees providing shade for sitting and relaxing on the lakefront deck. The cove is wide and is "No-Wake" in front of the house. This means that the calm water provides a great place to float on the water, fish and use the paddleboat. There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds, and one with a twin over full bunk bed. Maximum occupancy is 7.  Our guests have raved about this house and we are pleased to present it for your vacation..we know you will love it too! Restaurants, convenience stores, jet ski and boat rentals are conveniently located close by. Two gas docks and boat rentals are located right in the cove. A pay-per-use boat ramp is located less than a mile away in the cove. The Community Bridge and access to Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam is very near. Amenities: Central Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils.  Guests are asked to provide their own towels, (including beach towels), life jackets, food, charcoal, and personal items. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM, and are strictly enforced. Please, no pets or fireworks and smoking is only allowed outside!
