This 1220 square foot private lake-front home is located in Davey Cove at the 11.5 mile marker in Sunrise Beach. The cove is wide and is "No-Wake" in front of the house and provides calm water for your boat and for enjoying the lake or dock. There are four comfortable loungers for sunbathing.

For outdoor spaces we have a large upper deck off the sunroom and a covered patio below so it is possible to enjoy the outdoors in any kind of weather. Our Outdoor Kitchen features a top-of-the-line Stainless Steel charcoal grill in a covered location with downlights, tile countertop, and a ceiling fan. It is convenient to the lakefront so even when you are grilling up a storm you can be right in the middle of all of the action.

This home provides guests with a neighborhood retreat with over 80’ of lakefront, excellent fishing off the private dock and it's situated on a gentle sloping lake lot with a great view of the open cove.

The floor plan of this home includes the living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath with a shower tub. There are three bedrooms, two with queen size beds, and one with bunk beds. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults. This house is eight properties away from our Barb & Mel's House and across the cove from our newest three-bedroom house, so if you need additional space also consider renting one or both of the other homes in the same cove.

Restaurants, convenience stores, and a free boat ramp are conveniently located close by. Two gas docks and boat rentals are located right in the cove.
